Every quotation, invoice, price list or other similar document made or issued by LAVENSEY Ltd is made or issued subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These terms and conditions do not affect consumers' statutory rights as contained in current legislation governing the relationship between consumers and businesses.
Definitions
The Company means LAVENSEY International Ltd. The Customer or you, means the person who buys or agrees to buy goods from the company.
Payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or by post with personal cheque or company cheque. Any payment sent via post must be adequately insured. We cannot take responsibility for payments lost in the post.
Dispatch
Items in stock will be dispatched immediately with next day delivery service for mainland United Kingdom , five days for Southern Ireland and Northern Ireland . Payments made by cheque require 5 working days to clear prior to order dispatch.
Delivery
All items will be delivered by our registered delivery company. Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the company shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Shipping fee for UK costumers only 1.99 pounds for one item, multiple items add GBP1.00 pounds/pc.
This discount will be automatically calculated into invoice. Total purchase must be finished within 3 days.
Flat Worldwide Shipping rate is GBP4.99 for first item by airmail. Each additional item can ONLY GBP2.0/pc. This Combination shipping discount applies ONLY for items which are paid at same time.
Shipment will be effected by register mail from London . Generally it will take about 3 working days to reach.
Holiday rush season might have about 1 week delay.
If Buyer need fast shipment, please add GBP3.00 for each order, we will use first class to ship the parcel. Generally it will be guaranteed by the next day delivery.
Returns
If you found any damage of our products, please send them back in 7 days of the delivery data. We will refund, repair or replace such equipment free of charge to the customer.
If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us within 7 days after you receive the item. We will unconditionally refund you money (shipping fee will NOT be refunded) If you found any damage of our products AND PURCHASED INSURANCE , please email us with picture proof in 7 days, we will send you replacement at our cost . If item is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange the further payment.
Force Majuro
The company will not be liable for any breach of agreement, for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to acts of God, civil commotion, riots, floods, drought, fire, legislation or other cause beyond the company's reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights. If the company chooses not to enforce a right under this agreement, that decision will not prevent the enforcement of other rights, or the same right on a later occasion.
The terms and conditions of sale detailed below are provided for your information, in line with legislation contained in Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This legislation covers items bought where there is no direct contact between the supplier and the consumer. It does not apply where goods are bought for business use, from showrooms, fairs or exhibitions.

Distance Selling regulations allow for a cooling off period of 7 days from receipt of goods covered under the legislation. Customers may return specified goods without reason within this period for a refund. This excludes goods made to the consumer's specifications. Goods returned have to be unused, complete and in A1 resalable condition including original packaging. The cost of returning and appropriately insuring the goods until satisfactory receipt at the company will be borne by the customer.
To cancel the contract under the terms of the Direct Selling legislation with the company LAVENSEY Co,.Ltd must be contacted in writing at the above address within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The customer will be required to return the goods to the company before a refund can be processed. The company cannot be held responsible for goods returned without proper identification Good customer service is our priority.
